The Skeeter Hawk is a tiny 1-inch floating dragonfly imitation designed for true ultralight finesse presentations where a natural, delicate approach makes the difference.

Its floating design and ultra-light profile allow the bait to glide, hover, and move naturally with minimal input. For the most natural presentation, fish it weightless on a Size #14 or smaller hook using a BFS (Bait Finesse System) or SFS (Spin Finesse System) setup. Subtle twitches, pauses, and natural movement from the water are often all that’s needed to bring the bait to life.

When additional casting distance or a controlled drift is needed, the Skeeter Hawk can be presented beneath a small float. It can also be paired with a micro jig or Cheburashka-style setup for working current seams, shallow runs, and deeper pockets.
